We moved to San Diego from New York City over 20 years ago and quickly planted roots in Ocean Beach, where we now live, work, and raise our family. Our connection to this community runs deep, and that perspective shapes every home we create.
Ocean Beach is as unpretentious as coastal California gets. Sunny days are punctuated by a weekly Farmer’s Market we playfully call the circus, year round frolics at Tower 2, amazing local coffee shops, and the rhythmic crash of waves at Sunset Cliffs.
These residences are not the work of outside developers—they are long-term investments in the neighborhood we call home. What began as an interest in design and coastal architecture has evolved into a thoughtful practice of creating homes that contribute to the fabric of OB.

Our properties blend modern coastal materials with warm natural finishes, emphasizing craftsmanship and comfort in a place we deeply care about.
For two decades, we’ve partnered with architect Steven Lombardi, a designer known for his sculptural approach to form, seamless indoor–outdoor living, and meticulous attention to materiality. His work—rooted in simplicity, geometry, and light—has brought architectural clarity and intention to each of our seven projects together.
